#DVAF2017 | Creative Strategy
“With each incident of mass violence, it becomes more evident that gender-based violence, abuse, oppression and bigotry are inextricably tied. Efforts to prevent these heinous acts require a larger societal commitment to end abuse and oppression in all its forms, particularly at the intersections.”
The Domestic Violence Action Fund examines domestic violence and intersecting health, social and economic problems, impacting Los Angeles such as gun violence, homelessness, and trauma. #DVAF was activated cross-platform to inspire audiences to imagine life without domestic violence. #DVAF ran for five weeks, earning it’s $100,000 fundraising goal.
